Orders may be placed via telephone, fax, mail, or e-mail. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, and pe rsonal checks (which take three weeks to clear). UPS orders are sent out daily Tuesday through Friday at 4:00 p.m. Post office orders are NOT sent out daily. E-mail is checked at least once a day, usually in the morning.

* Adult item orders must include proof of age (18 years). If ordering by phone, proof must be sent by mail or fax.

* Exchanges for defective items only - Authorization is required before returning merchandise. Please call for authorization.

* California residents please add 8.25% sales tax.
